A few testimonials, or reprints of Thank you notes from my past clients.  I leave out their last names, but feel free to contact me and I would be happy to share.

I enjoy the many referrals I have received over the years, and I think these kind words are what keeps me going.  I love to meet new people, and I feel that we are all somehow connected.  I have sold homes to clients, then sold homes to their children as they have grown, and sometimes their parents homes as the cycle of life changes.

Sometimes the occasions are joyous...new baby, getting married, and sometimes, not so joyous...a parent passing, a difficult divorce, or whatever.  I try to remain professional and helpful to get them through the process.  I understand the workings of moving, downsizing, settling an Estate and so on.  These are often things that we don't ever expect we will have to do, and often we aren't equipped with the proper information to handle.  That is where I work my hardest to ensure a smooth transaction.

Thanks for your time, and feel free to contact me at 215-275-3386

Dear Lisa,

This note is not to a Realtor. This is to our neighbor. The one with the cute little dog, the one whose son delivered the paper for a time.

Thank you for all of your help, for the countless little things that you did to help us with the process. It was such a comfort to know that you were there, right up the street at 81.

I always think the "big things" in life are few and far between, that most of what life is, is the "little things". And so I try to enjoy the "little things" as much as I can. Like a frappe. So-this WaWa card is given to Lisa, our neighbor, so that you can bring simple joy to your life as you sip on something nice from WaWa.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Jane

Lisa,
Thank you for everything you did. They're only two words, but each letter comes from the bottom of my heart.
I know there are or were things you must have done and not told me about because of my feelings for 308. You knew or sensed how deeply those feelings ran.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. I was very fortunate to have you as my real estate agent - you took care of everything - which gave me peace of mind. I don't think anyone could have handled it better.
I will always have a special place in my heart for 308 Gillim and the woods - but now it's time for someone else to bring it back to "life" again. Because of you, that someone will.

   Thank You,
          Jane

p.s. Just so you know, there was a time when the inside was just as nice as the outside. It was spotless and you could eat off the floor. That was how Betty was - immaculate.

Lisa,
Thank you for your time and knowledge in helping us sell my condo and find our new house. We still have a lot of boxes to unpack, but we will be settled in soon. We are so happy in our new home.
   Thank you!
